Not a restaurant. A home in Bole that cooks for yours.
Casa Mia is the family kitchen behind Casa Mia. There is no dining room and no counter to walk up to. Orders come by phone, on WhatsApp and from this site; every dish is started after the order and the Telebirr payment are in, and leaves the kitchen with a driver we book for you.
Why we ask for Telebirr first
Every order is paid in full with Telebirr before we start cooking. We confirm your payment within minutes and only then the pan goes on. A home kitchen cooks in small batches and cannot absorb an order that never gets collected; paying first is what lets us cook only what is ordered and never reheat.
Clean, and shown to be
One cook, one kitchen, washed between every order. Ingredients are bought the same morning from the same suppliers every week. Ask for a kitchen photo on WhatsApp any day; we send one.
Drivers we know by name
We do not use an app that takes a cut from you and from us. The drivers who carry our food are the same few people each week, and you get their name and number the moment they leave.
