How do I order?
Call 0978 160 324, WhatsApp us, or tap Order on any dish. Tell us the dish, your area and the time you want it. Online ordering with Telebirr is open on this site.
When do I pay?
Every order is paid in full with Telebirr before we start cooking. We confirm your payment within minutes and only then the pan goes on.
How does Telebirr work here?
We send you our Telebirr name and number (0978160324) with the exact amount. You pay from the Telebirr app and send us the transaction number. We confirm within minutes and start cooking.
What does delivery cost?
The delivery fee for your area is shown before you pay and is paid directly to the driver when the food arrives, cash or Telebirr. Zone 1 ETB 150, Zone 2 ETB 250, Zone 3 ETB 350.
What if you cancel, or I do?
If we have to cancel, you get a full Telebirr refund the same day. Once cooking has started there is no refund.
Can I order for later or for tomorrow?
Yes. Lunch orders by 10:30 (delivered from 12:00); Dinner orders by 16:00 (delivered from 18:00); Family lasagna tray by 18:00 (the day before). Tell us the time you want it and we cook to that.
Do you cater for groups?
For six or more, order the family lasagna tray or message us a day ahead and we plan the batch with you.
